Operational Information and Policies
Method of Payment ~ We accept all major credit cards, checks and cash. Gratuity is not included. If you choose to leave gratuity, please do so in cash or check written out to the technician, if possible. We appreciate your cooperation.
Cancellation Policy ~ We require 24 hour notice to cancel any single appointment and 48 hours notice for multiple services. Any cancellation made after the 24 hour period will be charged for the full amount of the service price. Thank you for your cooperation.
Gift Cards ~ We offer the perfect gift for anyone on your gift list. You can purchase gift cards in person, via telephone or online.
Arrival ~ To fully enjoy your experience, please arrive a minimum of 15 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment. If you are able, arrive earlier and enjoy our relaxing mini botanical tasting bar.
Late Arrival ~ As a courtesy to other scheduled clients, late arrivals will only receive the remaining available appointment time and will be charged the full service fee.
Refunds ~ You can exhange unopened products within 14 days with your receipt. We are sorry that we cannot exchange opened products.
Courtesy ~ Please help us to maintain the serenity of the spa by silencing all electronic devices and respecting all guests' right to privacy.
Shaving ~ Shaving is not recommended prior to any body exfoliation treatment or hair removal services.
Personal Preferences ~ Please communicate your preferences at the time of booking or with your therapist so that he or she can make your time with us as special and enjoyable as possible.
Feedback ~ We welcome your input and insights - both positive and negative - regarding your experience at European Face and Body Studio. If, for any reason, your experience has not met your expectations, we request that you speak with the Spa Director or Manager prior to leaving the facility. If unavailable, please feel free to call or email the clinic directly to discuss the issue at a later date.
